Service provider terms

1. Who these terms are for

These terms cover the service provider waitlist at wombud.com.au/signup. By joining that list, you agree to these terms.

They are separate from the buyer waitlist terms. They do not cover the wombud app. When the app is available, it will have its own terms. If you later provide services in connection with wombud, that will be under a separate agreement. These terms do not set out that agreement.

The waitlist is provided by wombud PTY LTD (trading as wombud) (ABN 44 695 553 050, ACN 695 553 050) of PO BOX 179, OAKLEIGH VIC 3166, Australia.

2. Joining the list

You must give an email address or an Australian phone number. You may give both. A name is optional. You must be 18 or older.

We use those details to contact you when wombud starts. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Joining does not appoint you, list you, or create a contract for you to provide services. We may change or close the list.

3. This page

Information on the page is general. It is not legal, financial, taxation, or credit advice. You must not misuse the page or attempt to break it.

The page belongs to wombud or its licensors. You must not copy it except as the law allows.

The page is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the page or paying the cost of resupply. Subject to that, our total liability arising from this waitlist is limited to AUD $100.

How we handle personal information is described in the service provider privacy policy.

4. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. For a material change, we will contact the service provider waitlist at least 7 days before the change takes effect, using the email address or phone number you gave us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of Victoria.
