1. Who these terms are for

These terms cover anyone who uses the wombud website at wombud.com.au. They apply to every person who uses that website. No type of user is excluded. By using the website, you agree to these terms. The wombud app, on the web or on a phone, has its own terms.

2. The website

Information on the website is general. It is not legal, financial, taxation, or credit advice, and it does not consider your circumstances. wombud is not your agent and does not bid or negotiate for you.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to break it, or collect information from it without permission.

3. The website itself

The website, its design, and its content belong to wombud or its licensors. You must not copy them except as the law allows.

4. If something goes wrong

The website is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the website or paying the cost of resupply. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the website is limited to AUD $100.
